Our Service

1. WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

   We provide housekeepers on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one off basis who will carry out all your cleaning and/or ironing requirements.

2. ARE YOUR HOUSEKEEPERS INSURED?

   Yes, all of our housekeepers are covered for public liability and personal   injury.

3. HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR HOUSEKEEPERS?

    We are very careful in the selection of our housekeepers. They can come from word of mouth or selective advertising.  They are interviewed in their own home and 2 references obtained.  We do not employ any housekeeper until we are 100% happy with their references and abilities.

   
   

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ALLOCATE MY HOUSEKEEPER?

     Between 5 - 10 days.

5. CAN I SPECIFY THE TIME AND DAY MY HOUSEKEEPER CALLS?

   Yes, you can select anytimes Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.

   (Other times may be available on request.).

6. WHAT TASKS WILL MY HOUSEKEEPER DO?

   Our housekeepers are insured to undertake any house work required within your home.  They are not insured for duties outside of your house.

7. WHAT IF MY HOUSEKEEPER FAILS TO TURN UP?

    If your cleaner fails to turn up we will endeavour to find a replacement if this is what you want.  We have a database of floating housekeepers who are available for such circumstances.  Please call our office and we can arrange this.
   

8. HOW IS PAYMENT ACCEPTED?

   Paying is simple, you pay us £2.25 an hour either in 4, 8 or 12 week intervals and then you pay the balance of £7 an hour directly to your housekeeper on the day of the clean.

    

   
   

9. DO YOU PROVIDE CLEANING MATERIAL?

   It depends. For all other services other than Spring or End of Tenancy Cleaning- you will have to provide your own products.
